Description
I recently saw Frozen and was inspired to make this when I heard the line about 'frozen fractals' in "Let It Go". 
Also inspired by Velvet--Glove's beautiful work
Used a texture by the lovely LeXXe. 
An entry for
"March 2014 Wind and Storm Challenge". 
I was listening to this mix youtu.be/PQYHO3hHr2Y of many versions of "Let It Go" as I made this. There's the Bulgarian one at the end!
Now I am pretty much fed up with this song.

Overall Vision Originality
Technique ImpactAs for the many things that is going on in this picture, its very well balance and not too much is focused on one aspect, yet still being very consistent. The different shades of blue make it look still very complex regardless of the pallet. If you changed it at all it would still have a very large impact on whom ever your presenting this to. As for the technique you slightly lacked in mostly because its too consistent for my taste, like as much as it is unique, it still has the same things going on in it. Do you know what I'm saying? This is most defiantly worth a favorite and very mystical as well and I really like it for that. hopefully this what you are looking for in a critique.
